The South Carolina State Library is located in two buildings at the corner of Senate and Bull Streets in Columbia, South Carolina. Administrative Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Library facility is open to the public Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
