Job Description

Under supervision of Human Resources, answers phones and greets visitors. Assists in collecting materials for Strategic Plan. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and be able to manage multiple projects at one time. Knowledge and experience in Human Resources is preferred but a willingness to learn and adapt to changes is critical for this position. Assists in collecting materials for Strategic Plan; start the planning process; identify community needs; and assess Library values and mission; develop goals and objectives, identify organizational competencies. Performs a variety of other duties to help ensure efficient and effective services to the Administrative Team. Reports to the Director of Human Resources.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and be able to manage multiple projects at one time. Knowledge and experience in Human Resources is preferred but a willingness to learn and adapt to changes is critical for this position. To be considered for this position an applicant must have a background in Human Resource Management; Preferable Bachelor’s in Business Administration. 1 year of customer service and Microsoft proficient.
