Authors of SC featuring Sylvie Feghali Smith

Join us Thursday, March 18 at 7pm for an author talk featuring Sylvie Feghali Smith. She will share with us her memoir, A Glimpse Into My Life. A powerful journey that depicts the life of a Lebanese immigrant single mother. Displaced by a sectarian civil war into a land she has only seen on television, a young woman relies on her courage and determination to navigate the uncertain challenges of assimilation and single parenthood. This collection of micro-memoirs, originally presented as speeches, reveals optimism in the face of adversity and the true power of family love and loyalty.

This event will take place virtually on Zoom. In order to attend, you must register online to receive the link.
