New faces are joining seasoned ones as two groups of volunteers commit their time and talents to the Richland Library Friends and Richland Library Foundation Boards. The library’s mission is to provide experiences that inspire, inform and entertain to improve the quality of life for everyone who interacts with the library. On average, more than 8,500 people visit our 11 locations throughout Richland County daily.
