Richland Library logo

New faces are joining seasoned ones as two groups of volunteers commit their time and talents to the Richland Library Friends and Richland Library Foundation Boards. The library’s mission is to provide experiences that inspire, inform and entertain to improve the quality of life for everyone who interacts with the library. On average, more than 8,500 people visit our 11 locations throughout Richland County daily. Richland Library Foundation works to increase financial support for the library in an effort to broaden and diversify its ability to serve the citizens of Richland County with unsurpassed excellence. The time and energy that its members put forth make the difference between a good library and a great library. For more information, visit
