You need to do more with less. The budget is smaller, but the demands are growing. The South Carolina State Library has launched a new campaign to let state agencies and their employees know more about the host of free services it offers.

The State Library is offering a 2-hour class for state employees and librarians in using the legislative research website,, and other legislative materials.  Attendees will see how to view bills that are submitted to the General Assembly; track actions and versions; find contact information for legislators and committees; find budgets, laws and regulations

More Nursing and Health Resources for State Employees

More bibliographic resources in nursing, medicine and health have been added to the online databases for state employees.  Using your card number you can access these databases from work or home.  The databases increase the quality and quantity of fulltext information for employees who need medical and health information beyond the consumer level.
