2012-2013 SC Book Award Nominees Announced

StudySC, the State Library's website for South Carolina-specific K-12 educational resources, now features the 2012-2013 South Carolina Book Award nominees. The SC Association of School Librarians announced the 2012-213 South Carolina Book Award nominees at their conference in March. The purposes of the South Carolina book awards are to encourage students to read good quality contemporary literature and to honor the authors of the books annually chosen the favorites by student vote. Now StudySC features these award-winning books in the updated SC Book Award section.

Each book features a picture of the cover, description, and links to online resources such as:

• Author Website
• Author Biography
• Reader Guides
• and more!
