National Council on DisabilityThe National Council on Disability has released "Over the Horizon: Potential Impact of Emerging Trends in Information and Communication Technology on Disability Policy and Practice."

This policy paper explores key trends in information and communication technology, highlighting the potential opportunities and problems these trends present for people with disabilities, and suggesting strategies to maximize opportunities and avoid potential problems and barriers. Gregg Vanderheiden, Trace Center Director, drafted this report based on the Center's research and review of emerging technologies, and on research done by Steve Jacobs, President of IDEAL Group
