The South Carolina Interagency Council on Homelessness (formerly South Carolina Coalition for the Homeless) is a statewide network of advocates, service providers, and funders committed to ending homelessness since 2003.

In 2025, Leadwell 360, LLC Consulting developed South Carolina’s Young Voices Matter Campaign Guide for the South Carolina Interagency Council on Homelessness (SCICH). In partnership with the South Carolina Department of Social Services (SCDSS), SCICH accepted a planning grant in May 2023 from the SCDSS to develop a plan to conduct a count of youth homelessness in South Carolina. The purpose of this campaign guide is to offer a roadmap that will help identify the number of youths in South Carolina who are at-risk for or experiencing homelessness and how our community can support them to find stable and safe housing.

The complete list of September electronic South Carolina state publications is now available. The South Carolina Digital State Documents Depository provides electronic access to state agency publications. These publications provide citizens with crucial information about state government and include statistics, reports, and data on a wide variety of topics related to the state.
