The State Library's Information Services department is pleased to offer a free transparency in government class for the general public and state government employees.

Are you interested in trying to find the web sites you need to locate important South Carolina government facts and figures? This session is geared toward the general public and state government employees who may be finding it difficult to locate unique South Carolina web based resources. This training is designed to help information seekers find key resources for state and county level information. Topics covered in this session will include:

• Health statistics
• Traffic patterns and road conditions
• Legislative information
• Employment sources
• Workforce resources
• Budgets, expenses, receipts, revenue
