Virtual Grants Help

We are pleased to announce that we now offer virtual grants consultations. If you need help to find funding for your nonprofit organization, visit our grants page to make an appointment. Choose a time and fill out the necessary background information. Our team will set up a meeting to assist you with searching the Foundation Directory Online database to identify potential funders and provide you with custom profile lists of matching funders. If you have grants questions that are outside the scope of the appointments, please send an email to grantspublic@statelibrary.sc.gov.

Join us at the next installment of the Speaker at the Center with Author Patricia Brandon where she will discuss her historical fiction novel, "Rise of the Pale Moon." Set against the backdrop of the Revolutionary War era in coastal South Carolina, Rise of the Pale Moon weaves a compelling tale of three young women from distinct backgrounds: an indentured servant from London, a chattel slave raised on the Montague Hall plantation, and a Catawba Indian captured by the Cherokee and traded into slavery.
