Charleston County Public Library has partnered with Spoleto Festival USA for three book discussions, reflecting themes found in Spoleto’s opera Omar. The second talk on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 - 6:30 p.m., will examine Lawrence Hill's Someone Knows My Name. In this fiction work, Hill, an award winning author, tells the story of the injustices of slavery and its toll on people. Register here.

Building Statewide Access: Lessons from Tennessee’s Library Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
