Let Your Voice Be Heard

testimonial
The South Carolina State Library, along with other state government agencies, is currently under review by the South Carolina House Legislative Oversight Committee, and your input can help. Library supporters may provide testimony about the South Carolina State Library and its programs and services on April 8, 2021.
Supporters may provide input virtually. Public testimony only takes about 3-5 minutes.
You have an incredible opportunity to let legislators know how important libraries are! Please help us by signing up for public testimony or complete a written statement regarding how the South Carolina State Library plays a vital role in our state.
The written statement only takes a few minutes to complete but could significantly impact the Legislature’s understanding of libraries.
With sincere thanks,
Leesa Aiken,
Director, South Carolina State Library
