The Legislative Council of the General Assembly publishes the South Carolina State Register, an official state publication, as a temporary update to the South Carolina Code of Regulations. Changes in regulations, whether by adoption, amendment, repeal or emergency action must be published in the State Register pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Procedures Act. The State Register also publishes the Governor’s Executive Orders, notices for public hearings and meetings, and other documents issued by state agencies considered to be in the public interest. All documents published in the State Register are drafted by state agencies and are published as submitted. A vital state government publication, this digital 2024 issue of the South Carolina State Register is our featured state publication for March.
The complete list of March electronic South Carolina state documents is available. The South Carolina Digital State Documents Depository provides electronic access to state agency publications.
