Chronicling America is produced by the National Digital Newspaper Program (NDNP) at the Library of Congress in partnership with the National Endowment for the Humanities and contributing state partners. The South Carolina State Library is pleased to host Laura Carter, Project Manager of the South Carolina Digital Newspaper Program (SCDNP), at the University of South Carolina Libraries who will share with us about the SCDNP and the rich South Carolina historical newspapers it has contributed to Chronicling America since 2009.
