State Library to Offer Free Webinar Series on SC Government Resources

The State Library is pleased to announce a new webinar series, South Carolina Government--Bit by Bit, on South Carolina government websites beginning on February 7, 2013. The one-hour sessions will address popular topics that state agencies address and reveal the wealth of information available through these resources.

Much of the information once available only in print publications and in selected libraries is now more widely available in more accessible online formats. The webinars will open doors to finding statistics and information about health, education, employment, transportation, and sites for legislation, commerce, travel and a host of other interesting information about our state and counties.

Join us as we discover South Carolina Government--Bit by Bit. Feel free to register for one or more of the following sessions:

February 7, 2013 11:00 am to noon -- The State of Health in South Carolina
February 14, 2013 11:00 am to noon -- South Carolina Budget Sites
March 7, 2013 11:00 am to noon -- Business and Employment in South Carolina

Register by clicking on the above sessions or visit the South Carolina State Library calendar of events.
