The Lee County Library is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator. This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and coordination of marketing and communication for the Lee County Public Library (LCPL) to increase awareness and library use across Lee County. This includes maintaining the library website, blog, and social media accounts using current industry standards and practices. Helps plan and implement library programming. Assists patrons and works nights and weekends.
Salary: $31,000-34,000 for full-time schedule of 35 hours per week; standard Lee County benefits.
Minimum one year of college; previous public relations or marketing experience, work experience in a public library or other customer-centric organization highly desirable; combination of training and experience will be considered; experience with website creation/editing and social media.
