Camera Mouse is a free program that enables you to control the mouse pointer on your computer screen just by moving your head.
To use Camera Mouse you need a Windows 7, Vista, or XP computer and a webcam.
Camera Mouse was developed by researchers at Boston College and Boston University to help people with disabilities use the computer. They write, "We make it available for free download, with no gimmicks or advertisements, because we want to help as many people as possible."

On April 27th from 9:00am-1:00pm, over 70 community emergency management staff and public library directors from across the state will converge for the conference, Community Disaster Response: the Role of Public Libraries, at the Richland County Public Library, in downtown Columbia.
More than 700 school children from across South Carolina will gather at the State House on Thursday, April 15 to celebrate reading at the 2010 SC Read-In. This annual event, sponsored by the SC Association of School Librarians and the SC State Library, lets students show why "kids who read succeed." The theme of the event celebrates reading and encourages students to continue reading.
