The South Carolina Center for the Book, an affiliate of the Library of Congress Center for the Book, will officially open Friday, February 24 from 3-4:30 at 1430 Senate Street, Columbia.

SC Book Festival
The 2006 South Carolina Book Festival will be held at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, February 25-26. A full weekend will feature a diversified group of authors, poets and scholars free of charge.
